All time favourite kebab in the family....
Ingredients:
4-6 pieces chicken drumsticks
1st Marination
1tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
Salt acc.to taste
2nd Marination
1/2 cup thick curd (nestle one or make it at home,hung for 30 mins)
2 tbsp cream (amul one)
2 cubes of cheese (I used Britannia one)
1 egg
A pinch of Cardamon powder
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp of chopped coriander
1 finely chopped green chilly (optional)
A pinch of salt
Method:
Note: If you don't have a gas tandoor, you can grill it in microwave (temp 220c ) for 15 -20 mins. Keep checking in between.
You can also cook it in Non-Stick pan. (Shallow fry)

Method:
- Wash and pat dry chicken drumsticks.
- Put slits on the drumsticks with the help of a knife.
- Marinate drumsticks with the first marination for 1 hr.
- Mix all the ingredients of second marination and add drumsticks in the mixture.
- Marinate the drumsticks for 3-4 hrs in refrigerator.
- Heat gas tandoor for 10 mins and put the drumsticks in the tandoor and cook on medium flame.
- Keep turning in between and basting with oil.Cook till tender or chicken becomes brown.
- Sprinkle some chaat masala and serve hot with chutney and onion rings.
