Ingredients:
- 4 hard boiled eggs (cut into halves)
- 2 onions
- 3 large tomatoes (pureed)
- 4-5 flakes of garlic
- 1"inch ginger
- 1/2 tbsp garam masala
- 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp red chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp chicken masala (optional)
- Salt acc.to taste
- 2 cloves
- 1"inch cinnamon stick
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Water
- 2 tbsp oil
- Grind ginger,garlic and onion into fine paste.
- Heat oil in kadhai,add cloves and cinnamon stick.
- Add onion paste,mix nicely.
- Saute till onion paste becomes golden brown in colour.
- Add pureed tomatoes and stir continuously.
- Cook till oil separates.
- Add all the dry masalas (except garam masala).Mix nicely.
- Add water to get desire curry thinness.
- Bring it to boil and then cook on low flame for 5-6 mins.
- Add boiled eggs.
- Sprinkle a pinch of garam masala or coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis.
