Bhelpuri Chaat

Challenge No:1
This recipe I am connecting with Divya Pramil event organised in her blog to challenge my co-bloggers from Southern Team. Click here for more details. Am challenging the Southern team with this recipe on behalf of the Northern team.

Salty and spicy snacks are everybody's favorite so ready with another post of chaat i.e.BHELPURI ..... Bhelpuri  chaat is made up of puffed rice, chopped veggies and chutneys.
It  is the most famous chaat from Mumbai and you will get it on every street of Mumbai.

  • 1 cup puffed rice
  • 1/4 cup sev
  • 4-5 papri (fried
  • 2 tbsp fried peanuts
  • 1 boiled potato
  • Chopped veggies (onion,tomato,cucumber)
  • 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • 2 tbsp green mint chutney
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt taste
For garnishing:
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • Raw mango (peeled and finely chopped)
  • Sev
  • Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.

  • Mix gently till all the ingredients are well coated with the chutneys.
  • Divide the portion into two equal parts in the serving plates.
  • Garnish with raw mango, sev and fresh chopped coriander.
  • Serve immediately.

Consume bhelpuri immediately otherwise it will become soggy.
You can also add grated carrot to make it more healthy.
