Event Hosting and a giveaway - Walk Through Memory Lane

Hi Friends,
        Back with a giveaway.....no, no, not from my side its from Gayathri's Cookspot.  I participated in her event hosted by others, my bad luck I didn't win... But Today I am hosting her event and thanks to her for giving me the opportunity of hosting the event in my space.
She is a great cook and I love her innovative ideas...

The event is all about making your favorite dishes which used to be  prepared by your mom, granny, father or anyone special in your life :) :)

All the recipes have a nice memory attached with them..... As I remember my Mom makes Saffron rice and pakodas during Diwali time ..... I got married and shifted to Bangalore, but still I make the same on Diwali :)

So its time for you all to recreate your favorite dishes and revive your old memories with your family members.......

Rules for the event:

• Event runs from 1st June - 30th June.
• Usage of logo is optional. This will be useful to spread the word.

• There are no restrictions for the number of new entries.
• While posting the recipe please give a link to Shruti'sRasoi and Gayathri's CookSpot.
• Two entries from the archives are accepted which has to be updated with the link and the logo.
• Only Vegetarian recipes accepted. (Eggs not allowed.)
• Use linky tools to enter your recipes placed at the end of the post. In case you have a problem using linky too please send me your entries in the following format using subject line of “WTML Event-  June Month”.

• Picture of the recipe: 

Non-Bloggers: You can send the details to my mail ID  dhingrashruti01@gmail.com in the following format using subject line of “WTML Event-  June Month”.  I will include it in the round up.

• You’re Name, 
• Email- id, 
• Recipe Name,
• Recipe Picture.

• The links that do not go by the rules will be deleted.

Gayathri will select an entry through random selection and give away the book for the selected entry. 

Note: The book Gayathri gives is not sponsored and it is her own contribution to the event. The book she chose is Mumbai's Roadside Snacks and by Tarla Dalal. I am not eligible for the give away. 

On the first of July, Gayathri will select a lucky winner and send a mail. 

After receiving her mail,you can give an address to which she has to ship the book. 

She will ship the book within India so if you reside abroad, please give your Indian Postal address for her to ship.
