Weekend is here and today's recipe is especially for kids as they keep demanding for junk food at home.........
Pasta is not a junk food if it is made in a healthy way ...I always use wheat pasta or Suji pasta for my son.....
This recipe is the simplest way of making pasta, Yummy and delicious pasta will be ready in mins...
So here is the recipe for you all....

So here is the recipe for you all....
- 2 cups pasta (penne, spiral, shell)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 capsicum (sliced)
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/4 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- A pinch of ajinomoto (optional)
- A pinch of sugar
- 1/4 tsp pepper powder
- Salt acc.to taste
Method:
- Boil pasta in 4 cups of water, adding little oil and salt in it. Don't overcook it.
- Strain the pasta and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a kadai, add onions. Saute for 2-3 mins.
- Add capsicum, cook on high flame for 3-4 mins. Let the capsicum be crunchy. Don't over cook it.
- Add all the sauces and salt, pepper and ajinomoto.
- Mix well, now add boiled pasta.
- Mix nicely and cook for 5-7 mins.
- Remove from fire and serve hot...
- Enjoy.
Note: You can add more veggies of your choice and make it more healthy ......

But I would not to add msg. It will be unhealthy then. The soy has msg anyways...but lets give it a try with out the MSG. looks and sounds interesting....I'll add some prawns for a bit of extra flavour...
