Ingredients:
- 200 gm paneer (cottage cheese)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- 1 capsicum (sliced)
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Salt acc.to taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup milk
- Chopped coriander for garnishing
- Heat oil in a kadai, add onions and saute till onion turns pink brown.
- Add tomato and all the dry masalas (except garam masala). Mix nicely.
- Add ketchup and capsicum, cook till oil separates.
- Add crumbled paneer and mix nicely. Cook on low flame for 2-3 mins.
- Add milk, stir continuously so that paneer doesn't stick to kadai.
- Cook till milk evaporates.
- Add garam masala, remove from fire.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.'
- Serve hot with parantha or roti.
wow shruti.. thats paneer bhurji with a twist with the add on of capsicum.. i am definitely going to try this next tym i make bhurji... its mouth watering
