Salads are my favorite, it should be in any form either sprouts, fruits or kachumber salad. I try salads with different sauces and with different dressings.
This time I tried a fruit salad but the dressing what I made was from the yogurt. You can call it low calorie salad too.
Ingredients:

Note: If you are chopping the fruits 1-2 hrs before serving then put 2-3 drops of lemon and 1/4 tsp of honey. Mix well and keep the fruits in the fridge for chilling.
This will avoid fruits to turn brown in colour.

- 1 Apple (Chopped)
- 1 Pear (Chopped)
- 1/2 Yellow bell pepper (Chopped)
- 1/2 Red bell pepper (Chopped)
- 1 Orange (Chopped)
- 1 Cucumber with skin (Chopped)
- Few Black Grapes
- Few Green Grapes
- 1/2 cup Pomegranate seeds
For dressing:
- 1/2 cup Thick Curd
- 2 tbsp Low Fat Mayo
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tbsp Mustard powder or ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar or honey
- Salt acc.to taste
- 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
Method:
- Take a bowl, add all the ingredients of dressing in the bowl.
- Mix them nicely. Keep it in the fridge for 1-2 hrs.
- Before serving mix chopped fruits in a large bowl.
- Add the dressing and mix nicely.
- Serve chilled.
