Espresso Coffee At Home

Hi Friends....
   Espresso coffee is all time favorite of all.....Going to expensive coffee cafe is not anymore because now you can make the espresso coffee at home, that too in no time and without espresso machine :-)
Chit chatting with friends after dinner and having a cup of espresso with cookies ..Yummy, isn't it ?? 
So telling you the recipe of making espresso coffee at home.


Ingredients: (For 3 cups)

  • 2 tbsp Instant Coffee Powder ( I love bru)
  • 4 tbsp  Sugar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1/2 cup of water

Method:

  • Take a mug, put  coffee and sugar. Add 1 tsp of water and mix it. 
  • It should be crumbly & not very wet.

  • Beat it continuously with a spoon or electric beater, till it becomes frothy fluffy coffee mix.

  • In the meanwhile, boil  a cup of milk and water mix.
  • Put the whipped coffee in each mug and then pour the milk in the whipped coffee mix.
  • Stir it quickly.
  • Sprinkle some cocoa powder & serve immediately.
