Babycorn Manchurian

Hi Friends,
Today's recipe I tried from my friend's blog Pallavi....(Cook Eat Burrp ) She is very creative in cooking, keeps trying new recipes.
I tried this recipe but added 1 or 2 more ingredients on my own .......It was good as a starters esp. for vegetarian people :-)

Ingredients:

1 pack of  baby-corn (cut slit-wise )
2 tbsp Corn Flour
Salt acc.to taste
Oil to deep fry
1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp Green chilly sauce
1 tsp Soya sauce
1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
1/2 tbsp Vinegar
1 medium onion (thinly sliced)
1  capsicum (thinly sliced)
Salt and pepper to taste
A pinch of sugar
1/4 tbsp oil

Method:

  1. Sprinkle  corn flour and salt on the baby-corns.
  2. Mix it evenly.( Don’t add water)
  3. Heat oil and deep fry them till golden brown in colour.
  4. Drain them on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
  5. In a non stick kadhai, heat oil.
  6. Add ginger-garlic paste, saute till it becomes brown.
  7. Add the onions and capsicum. Saute for only 2 mins on high flame.
