Hi Friends,
Today's recipe I tried from my friend's blog Pallavi....(Cook Eat Burrp ) She is very creative in cooking, keeps trying new recipes.
I tried this recipe but added 1 or 2 more ingredients on my own .......It was good as a starters esp. for vegetarian people :-)
Ingredients:
1 pack of baby-corn (cut slit-wise )
2 tbsp Corn Flour
Salt acc.to taste
Oil to deep fry
1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp Green chilly sauce
1 tsp Soya sauce
1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
1/2 tbsp Vinegar
1 medium onion (thinly sliced)
1 capsicum (thinly sliced)
Salt and pepper to taste
A pinch of sugar
1/4 tbsp oil

Method:
- Sprinkle corn flour and salt on the baby-corns.
- Mix it evenly.( Don’t add water)
- Heat oil and deep fry them till golden brown in colour.
- Drain them on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
- In a non stick kadhai, heat oil.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, saute till it becomes brown.
- Add the onions and capsicum. Saute for only 2 mins on high flame.
- Add the sauces , vinegar.
- Add the seasoning.
- Put baby-corns and mix gently.
- Remove from fire and serve hot.
